Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Kestrel Outbound is a trading name operated by Abdul Sami Uddin.
Kestrel Outbound (“Kestrel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides outbound sales and appointment-setting services for B2B companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, communicate with us, or interact with our outbound activities.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, business email address, company name, company website, job title, information about your business or current acquisition process, meeting details, correspondence, and any other information you choose to provide.
When you use our website, we may also receive limited technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referring source, and interactions with the website. The exact information collected may depend on the analytics and website services we use.
For B2B prospecting, we may also obtain professional information from publicly available sources, company websites, professional networks, business directories, data providers, prospecting platforms, or information supplied by our clients. This may include a person's name, professional role, company, business email address, company website, and other information relevant to determining whether a business may be a suitable prospect.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to operate and improve our website and services; respond to inquiries; schedule and manage meetings; determine whether Kestrel may be a suitable fit for a prospective client; communicate with prospective customers and business contacts; conduct B2B prospecting and outbound campaigns; provide services to clients; maintain business records; analyze website and campaign performance; protect against misuse or security threats; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
3. Legal Bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may process personal information based on our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, communicating with relevant business prospects, providing our services, and improving our operations, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable individual rights.
We may also process information when necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where consent is required.
4. B2B Outbound Communications
Kestrel conducts business-to-business outbound prospecting.
We aim to contact people where we reasonably believe the communication is relevant to their professional role or organization. Information used for prospecting may come from publicly available business sources or third-party business-data providers.
If you receive an outbound communication from us and do not want further communication, you may reply and ask us to stop. We may retain limited information necessary to record and respect that request.
Applicable direct-marketing and electronic-communications requirements can differ by country, and our outbound practices are intended to be operated in accordance with requirements applicable to the relevant campaign and recipient.
5. Client Campaign Data
When Kestrel performs outbound services for a client, we may process prospect and campaign information on that client's behalf or in connection with delivering the agreed service.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the client and Kestrel may have different responsibilities regarding that information. Specific responsibilities may also be addressed in the agreement between Kestrel and the client.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Kestrel, such as website hosting, business email, scheduling and video-conferencing, analytics, prospecting, email infrastructure, CRM or campaign-management providers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect our rights or the rights of others, investigate misuse, or in connection with a business restructuring or transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money.
If our future advertising or analytics practices constitute “selling” or “sharing” under an applicable privacy law, we will update this Policy and provide any controls required by that law.
7. Google Calendar and Google Meet
We currently use Google services for scheduling and conducting Kestrel Fit Calls. When you book a meeting, information you submit may therefore be processed through Google's services and subject to Google's own privacy practices.
8. International Processing
Kestrel works with businesses and service providers internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate mechanisms or safeguards required for those transfers.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and campaign records, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and respecting opt-out requests.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
We may retain limited suppression information after an opt-out so that we can avoid contacting that person again.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which can include requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also object to or opt out of direct marketing at any time.
To make a privacy request or ask us to stop contacting you, email hello@kestreloutbound.com.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
California law, for businesses to which it applies, provides rights including knowing, deleting, correcting and opting out of certain sales/sharing of personal information.
11. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use essential technologies necessary for it to function.
If we introduce analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies, this Policy and any required cookie controls will be updated to reflect the technologies actually in use.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no internet transmission, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Children's Privacy
Kestrel provides B2B services and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through our business-development activities.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the current version took effect.
